the legendary big band drummer Louie Bellson celebrated his 82nd birthday with a concert at the Redstone Room in Davenport Iowa on 7/12...so blessed was i 2 end the nite on Louie's trapset playing the famous Benny Goodman hit 'Sing, Sing, Sing' with the legend himself...incredible!!!

talking with him at rehearsal he was excited about his latest release The Sacred Music of Louie Bellson...it's a jazz ballet based on Holy Matrimony...deep!!!
